Meet Doctor Gerson Uanivi

Dr Uanivi obtained his undergraduate degree from Rostov State a Medical University in Russia in 2005. He completed his internship at the Windhoek State Hospital Complex and then worked as a medical officer in General Surgery.

He furthered his expertise at Tygerberg Academic Hospital in Cape Town, South Africa, an affiliate of Stellenbosch University, where he obtained his General Surgery training and later specialized as a Vascular Surgeon through a Fellowship Program.

Since returning to Namibia he established the first vascular and endovascular practice for both state and private patients.
